My standard cookies are approx. 6.5cm–10cm. Minis and large statement cookies are also available upon request.

To enjoy them at their best, consume within 7–14 days. Store in a cool, dry place in an airtight container. You can also freeze them to extend freshness for up to 3 months - just let them come to room temperature before serving.

No. While most cookies do not contain nuts, I am not a nut-free facility and cannot guarantee the absence of cross-contamination.

Yes, since every cookie is custom-made just for you, I start prepping ingredients and designs right after your order is confirmed. That's why I require full payment upfront. All sales are final, as your cookie set is made with love (and a lot of prep behind the scenes)! Thanks so much for understanding.

I package every order with great care, but once it leaves my hands, I can't control how it's handled. If your cookies arrive damaged, please DO NOT sign the delivery confirmation form. Instead, return the box to the driver right away and send me clear photos of the damage. I'll issue a full refund.

Deposits are non-refundable as they secure your booking and preparation begins in advance. Please read my policy before placing an order.

Due to the perishable and/or custom and edible nature of my products, I do not offer returns or refunds. If there's an issue, please contact me and I'll do my best to make it right.

Life happens - I get it! While class fees are non-refundable, I do allow a one-time transfer to another person. Just give me a heads-up at least 48 hours in advance, and your friend (or the lucky one) can enjoy the unique experience in your place.
