All cookie orders are made fresh and tailored just for you, which means:

• Full payment is required upfront to secure your order.

• All sales are final. I begin preparing your cookies as soon as your order is confirmed.

• I do not offer refunds or returns on custom orders.

• If your cookies arrive broken: Please do not sign the delivery slip. Return the package to the driver and send me photos immediately. I'll assess and take necessary action.

WORKSHOPS & CLASSES

I understand "Life happens!" Here’s what I offer:

• Class fees are non-refundable, but I do allow a one-time transfer.

• You may send someone else in your place.

• Please let me know at least 48 hours in advance to be eligible for a transfer.

All orders require full payment at the time of booking.

• Your order is only confirmed once payment is received.

• For seasonal or high-volume orders, early booking is highly recommended.

• As preparation begins immediately - from design sketches to ingredient sourcing - payments are non-refundable.​
