By placing an order or booking a class with Kookies by Kyennie, you agree to the terms below.

PRODUCT & ORDER TERMS

All cookies are made-to-order and handcrafted.
We do not replicate trademarked characters or logos unless written permission is provided.
Design variations may occur due to the handmade nature of the cookies.
We reserve the right to post photos of all work, including custom designs, unless requested otherwise in writing.

ORDERING & PAYMENT

Full payment is required to confirm an order. No order is booked until payment is received.
For large or bulk orders, a non-refundable deposit may be required.
Payment details will be shared via invoice or order form confirmation.
Once confirmed, no changes can be made to the design or delivery date unless agreed upon in writing.
Rush fee of 25% may apply to last-minute orders.
Prices are subject to change without notice.

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Due to the nature of our edible products, all sales are final.
As every order is custom-made and prepared in advance, I am unable to offer refunds for cancellations, changes of mind.
Please see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for more details on damaged deliveries, missed workshops, or deposit terms.
In rare situations, I reserve the right to cancel an order from my side and issue a full refund. This is very unlikely and would only happen under special circumstances (e.g., illness or unforeseen emergencies).

ALLERGIES & INGREDIENTS

Our cookies contain wheat, eggs, dairy, and may come into contact with nuts.
While we offer a gluten-free option, our kitchen is not allergen-free.
We are not liable for allergic reactions. It is the customer’s responsibility to inform guests or recipients.

DELIVERY & PICKUP

We offer delivery within Luanda for a fee. Pickup is also available.
Once a product leaves our hands, we are not responsible for damage caused during delivery unless explicitly handled by us.
If cookies arrive broken, follow the process outlined in our Refund Policy.

WORKSHOPS & CLASSES

Class fees are non-refundable.
You may transfer your seat to another person or future class once, with at least 48 hours’ notice.
No-shows and late arrivals will not be refunded or credited.
I reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the workshop if there are fewer than 4 participants enrolled. In this case, you will be notified in advance and given the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
