Submitting the request does not guarantee placement. Upon receiving your request, you can expect to hear from me within 48 hours to discuss design and cost. After finalizing the designs and reaching an agreement, a quotation will be provided to you and will remain valid for 24 hours.

SECURING YOUR BOOKING

Your orders will only be confirmed upon full payment. If payment is not received within 24 hours of receiving the quotation, I will consider it as a cancellation of the order, and your slot in my cookie calendar will not be reserved.

CANCELLATIONS AND ALTERATIONS

I am unable to accommodate any changes to existing orders, including adjustments to quantity and designs. This is due to the fact that once your order is confirmed, I have already begun the process of procuring the necessary supplies to fulfill your request. Furthermore, I do not offer cancellations for orders under any circumstances. By placing an order, you are committing to the specified quantity of cookies, selected designs, and agreed-upon delivery date.

REFUNDS

As my products are custom-made, refunds cannot be issued under any circumstances. Each batch of cookies is freshly baked to order, customized to meet your specifications. I reserve the right to cancel your order in the event of illness or sudden changes to travel plans. Should your order be canceled by me, a full refund will be provided.

PHOTOGRAPHY AND SOCIAL MEDIA

I take great joy in capturing photos of every unique order I create and reserve the right to showcase these images on my social media platforms for promotional purposes. If you prefer certain details to remain private or do not wish for your cookies to be shared online, kindly notify me at the time of placing your order​

DELIVERY

Exposure to high temperatures or humidity can potentially damage the products. It is essential to handle the cookies carefully upon receiving them. Once you’ve checked the cookies are undamaged upon delivery, I am not held liable for any damage occurred to the products. Royal icing should not be refrigerated, as it may affect the colors. For the best storage conditions, keep the cookies in a cool, dry place, shielded from direct sunlight, preferably in the original box provided. Refer to the COOKIE CARE INSTRUCTIONS for further guidance.
